Requirement for Face to Face Fund Raising Volunteers:

• – To generate funds through Face-to-Face fundraising technique by pitching about our working areas/events/programs/achievements and objective.
• – Acquire new donors and create lead for potential donors.
• – Strong networking skills in building relationship with a natural ability to adapt appropriately to different audiences.
• – Ability to think creatively and to respond quickly to new opportunities and changes in the funding environment
• – Ensure confidentiality of information pertaining to the organization.
  Qualification
• – 12th / Graduate / Post Graduate
  Other Skills
• – Passionate about Social Change.
• – Excellent prospect research skills and knowledge of funding sources.
• – Communication (Both English & Hindi).
• – Strong time management skills and adherence to deadlines
• – Team player
• – Excellent negotiation and convincing skills.
